Terms & Conditions of Use
for JCDecaux Electronic Greeting Service
The personal data we collect is exclusively for the use of the provider of the JCDecaux Communications Department, Manufactur-e, and its suppliers
The aim is for you to fully benefit from the Electronic Greeting Service, by allowing you to personalise and send JCDecaux electronic greetings cards with tracking and statistics functionality.
IMPORTANT: None of the information about you collected by the Service is accessed, disclosed or transmitted to third parties or used for any other purpose than the Electronic Greeting Service.
A declaration has been filed for the Service with the French Freedom of Information Commission (CNIL), recorded on 16 September 2009, under reference number 1385922.
PLEASE NOTE:
- This service only allows you to send greetings cards to people you know and from whom you believe to have implicit consent to receive messages sent by you.
- The recipient has the right to withdraw his consent and request the deletion of any data, we may hold on them that was provided by you. Should this occur, you will be informed in your tracking section.
All of the data that we hold on you is protected multi-dimensional security strategy.
Furthermore, once the data linked to your recipients (first name, last name and email address) has been processed to send your cards, it will be encrypted in the database to prevent it from being stolen and/or used in the event the service provider's computer systems are compromised.
The information we collect about you will be processed to enable JCDecaux electronic greetings cards to be sent by Manufactur-e SARL, which data protection officer is Leila KHALLAF, in her role as Managing Director: dpo-voeux@manufactur-e.com.
The recipients of this data are the recipients of your e-card campaigns.
Data will be stored in our database for a period of 2 years until the next greeting season, should you wish to reuse the same information to send e-cards the following year.
Under current European regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify, transfer or delete information about you, or restrict its use.
You can object to how information about you is handled, and you have the right to withdraw your consent to store your data at any time.
To exercise these rights, go to « My Account » section, - accessible once connected - where you can:
- View a complete list of all the information we have stored about you
- Request corrections or modifications to some or all of this information
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Or request your data to be deleted
