To ask for your password, simply click on the link provided for this purpose:

- From the home page: go to "Log in > Forgotten password"

- Once logged in: go to "Your password > Change"

For safety reasons, it is impossible to change - from the Service - your personal data entered when you registered: name, surname, e-mail address.

In case of change of name or if you have made an error in your registration, please send us your request from your work email address:

Thank you to precise us:

- Your name, surname and the e-mail address you used for your registration
- And, the data to be corrected

We will then correct the wrong information in the database, which will update directly your account.

You can easily make this change at your first connection by using the reversal icon made for this purpose, located on the right of your first and last names. The correction will be effective immediately and you can thus start making your greeting card campaigns!
